View your Life Certificate by downloading it from the Official website of Jeevan Pramaan after its successful submission from the Jeevan Pramaan App. You can also download it from the Umang app and Umang website.
The certificate generated includes the Name, PPO number, Account number, Date of Submission, Pramaan ID, Aadhaar number, Date of Birth and Mobile number.
The following is the generated format/text of the Digital Life certificate:-
Certified that the pensioner Mr. ABC XYZ having Pension Payment Order No 123456789, account number (Pension) *******0123 has biometrically authenticated his/her presence and that he/she is alive as on 21-09-2021 at 10:10:00 vide Pramaan ID 9876543210.
Here's how to download it:-
1. Visit this ppouser link
2. Enter your Pramaan ID
3. Fill the Captcha
4. Click on generate OTP.
5. Enter the OTP and click download to save the Life Certificate on your PC.
Know what is Digital Life Certificate
Download your Life Certificate from the Umang platform
1. Go to Umang website
2. Login using your credentials
3. Click on Social Security & Pensioners.
5. Now click on the View Life Certificate icon
6. Enter Pramaan ID or Aadhaar Number to generate OTP.
7. Enter the OTP received on your Mobile Phone Number
8. The Life Certificate will be displayed with the Picture and Name of the pensioner along with the date of submission.
9. Click on "Save as PDF" to download it.
Submission functionality of Life Certificate from the Umang website is not available, you can submit it only through the 'Umang App' on your smartphone.
The other methods to Submit and View your Life Certificate will make you go out of your home to CSCs/Jan Suvidha Kendra, Post Office, Cyber Café etc. with service charges/payment applicable. You can also find or locate the nearest CSC around you.
You can also request doorstep delivery of Jeevan Pramaan Patra from the Indian Postal Department and can also avail the same service to submit the Life Certificate through the Post Master or Grameen Daak Sevak.
